memuco - environmental art warrior

Beijing, China
I love to paint, illustrate, design and I love news and information, sometimes I combine both in to my work and sometimes I just stick to what I do. During the day I work doing Infographics at China Daily in Beijing China. Most of my paintings are produced during the weekends or at night.
My art is more (not all the time) about the environment, endangered species and women (Because I think there is nothing more perfect).
In graphics well I do a lot of what is coming my way but I always try to propose series about endangered species and global warming.

Thank you so much for taking the time to be here.
At this point I am painting like crazy on the Silent One series for an LA show at Iam8bit gallery.

main memuco
I took the name memuco because it's the first 2 letters of my name (well the first one is the nickname) MEmo MUnro COlosio.
memuco is me but it's all my projects too. Almost everything I create I just call it memuco and add words. But in that sense I do murals, painting, drawing, Illustration, infographics, mediums I love ink, Oil paint and my wacom tablet. Photoshop has given me unlimited space to wander and play. I use it a a sketchpad sometimes too. I just love creating things that have something to say about our world. I dont want to preach I just want to show and inform.
MEMUCO is what i life for, an environmental warrior through the arts.
Showing the world the status and the plight of animals everywhere through painting, graphics, animation and all digital media.
